1. Who we are

Cognitive Practice Websites (CVR 46390032, Denmark) operates PICognitivePrep and is the data controller for the personal data described here.

2. What we collect

Account data: your email address and name, handled through our sign-in provider, Clerk.
Practice data: your test sessions, answers, scores, and progress, so the product can show your history and improvement.
Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep a record of the purchase (plan, amount, date) to manage your access.
Usage analytics: with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. You can decline this in the cookie banner.
Feedback: anything you send us through the feedback features, so we can fix problems and reply.

3. What we use it for

To run the product (generate tests, track your progress, grant paid access), to fix bugs and improve question quality, and to answer your messages. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Where it lives

Data is stored with our hosting and service providers: Railway (application and database hosting), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), and Google (analytics, if consented). Each processes data under its own safeguards and our agreements with them.

5. How long we keep it

Account and practice data are kept while your account exists so your history keeps working. Purchase records are kept as required by bookkeeping law. Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Contact our customer service (signed-in users: Send Feedback in Settings) and we usually reply within a day. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

7. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for sign-in and, only with your consent, analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings.

8. Changes

If this policy changes meaningfully, we will update this page and the date above.
