Every purchase on PICognitivePrep comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the product did not live up to your expectations, ask for your money back within 30 days of purchase and we will refund it.
Contact our customer service within 30 days of your purchase: signed in, use Send Feedback in Settings and mention the word refund. Include the email address you purchased with. We usually reply within a day.
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the payment method you used. Once processed on our side, banks typically take 5 to 10 business days to show the money back on your statement.
Paid access ends when the refund is issued. Your account and free features keep working.
This guarantee comes on top of any rights you already have under Danish and EU consumer law; it never limits them.
