Every purchase on PICognitivePrep comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the product did not live up to your expectations, ask for your money back within 30 days of purchase and we will refund it.
The guarantee is for people who tried PICognitivePrep and found it was not for them. It applies to accounts that have completed no more than three full-length practice tests since the purchase. Beyond that, you have used the product for what it is made for, and the purchase is final. Quick practice sessions do not count toward this limit.
Email picognitiveprep@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase, from the email address you purchased with, and tell us briefly what did not work for you. We usually reply within a day. Refund requests sent through the in-app feedback form cannot be processed.
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the payment method you used. Once processed on our side, banks typically take 5 to 10 business days to show the money back on your statement.
Paid access ends when the refund is issued. Your account and free features keep working.
This guarantee comes on top of any rights you already have under Danish and EU consumer law; it never limits them.
